A new version of MALÅ Controller App (v14.251211) is now available for download.
This release includes general improvements and bug fixes, along with several important new features.
Improved Trimble Catalyst Support
The app now offers easier and more tightly integrated support for the Trimble® Catalyst™ soft GNSS service. Previously, Catalyst was supported via the Android mock location service. It is now natively integrated into the app, providing a simpler connection workflow and a significantly higher positional output rate of up to 10 Hz (previously 1 Hz).
Radargram Color Templates
This version introduces the ability to change radargram color schemes using a selection of predefined templates. The color templates can be changed from the filter menu during measurements.
Android Version Requirement
Please note that this version of the MALÅ Controller App is designed for Android 14 or later. If your tablet is running an older Android version and you experience performance issues, we recommend one of the following options:
• Upgrade your tablet to Android 14
• Purchase a new tablet with Android 14 (or later) preinstalled
• Downgrade to the previous app version (available here)

We recommend that all customers upgrade their software to gain access to new features and general improvements.
