What’s included?
Every Annual Service follows a detailed, product-specific checklist and includes:
- Full inspection of chassis and I/O ports for wear or damage.
- Diagnostic testing of all key components and connections.
- Re-lubrication and torque check of bolts and seals to factory specs.
- Gasket inspection and lubrication to maintain correct IP rating.
- Software and firmware updates installed as available.
- Replacement of normal wear parts, included in the price.
- If our technicians find anything that needs repair, you’ll receive a service recommendation before any additional work is started.
- For certain instruments you can combine your Annual Service with a Calibration Certificate at a discounted package price – perfect for ensuring verified data accuracy and full compliance with tender requirements.

- Shipping to and from the Guideline Geo Service office is not included.
- Book your service anytime during the year – we recommend doing it annually or after every 12 months of field use.
